Payments
The treatments have to be paid after the session at our front desk. We prefer by card but if this is not possible you can pay with cash. After the payment you will get an invoice from us which you can submit to your insurance.
Cancellation policy
If for any reason you can not make your appointment we require notice at least 24 hours in advance so we can book another client in your time slot. Failure to do so will result in a € 35,- missed appointment fee.
Insurance
Most insurance companies reimburse for chiropractic here in the Netherlands! There is no "own risk" (deductible) because the care falls under the supplementary package.
